Return Policy

All of our merchandise is shipped via UPS unless specifically requested otherwise. Your order will be shipped within two business days. You should receive your merchandise within 1-2 weeks.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise from Ruggedclothing.com, you may return it for exchange or refund. Merchandise returned must be unused with all original tags and labels attached. Please fill out our Merchandise Return E-Mail, print it, and send with the merchandise you wish to return.

We suggest that you ship returns via UPS or another shipper that provides package tracking. If you use the U.S. Postal Service we suggest you insure the package.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
